"Work day" rang in my ears as I got myself up in the morning. Today was the day that I finished my creative project. It had to be. I wanted, and genuinely needed, to have Wednesday free. There were still things to see and I could not be cooped up all day again.

I started my work in the apartment at the breakfast table. Nothing out of the ordinary, just chugging along with as much purpose as I could possibly muster.

For a hard and fast fact though, I knew that I could not work in the space that has become my temporary home. That is not where productivity is at its peak. In short, I had to get out and find somewhere else, somewhere with wifi...by this I mean Reid Hall. A delicate serene little sanctuary hidden from the streets of the 6e arrondissement, I knew that I could get my work done there so long as I focused as much a possible. The walk to the workspace was genuinely refreshing in that the cool air, strong breeze, and blowing leaves rendered the overall feeling one that I would attribute more to fall than the middle of summer. I sure was not complaining though. I had no desire to bake in the heat today.

Upon arrival, I plopped myself down and got to typing, drawing, organizing, practically screaming...well, no not really but I reached a certain level of frustration that is for sure.

I managed to write until my moving fingers no longer wanted to do what I was asking of them. So I moved onto drawing, maybe the drawing fingers would have a different mentality. Needing a quick break around 3pm, I made my way to the Carrefour where I bought myself a massive bag of peanuts for quite the good price. Since I have been lacking my peanut butter fix, the draw of the peanut was insatiable. I gobbled them up.

Working at Reid Hall until 19h20 (Anna had to leave and come back for an interview), I was essentially done...DONE, did ya HEAR ME!!! Woot woot...

With some finishing touches and website polishing to do, Paris en Vert was practically up and running.

Despite the strangeness of some of the dinner conversation, my mood could not be altered. I was feeling good. The great sense of relief washed over me as I made it live after dinner, after eating some spinach, fish, and cantaloupe.

Just a five page paper to write, and then my summer project will come to a close. *sigh*

Not ready to start on the paper, I decided to pack a little before I made my way to bed. I had too much energy in me still and had to put it to use.

The feeling was strange though; I was looking at the suitcase that I had put up on the shelf two months ago. Nostalgia overwhelmed me and soon I found it very necessary to head to bed and to think about leaving another day.
